Worldwide transfers on pre-Corona

The international transfer sums in professional football move almost back on the level as before the Corona Pandemic. According to the figures of the World Association FIFA published on Tuesday, 900 million euros were paid in the past winter transfer window worldwide for a total of 3534 players. This represents a massive increase compared to the previous year by 74.7 percent. By far the most of the English clubs gave out. The Englishman invested 306 million euros in new professionals. In second place, the Italian clubs were 99 million euros. According to the FIFA numbers, the German clubs are ranked six with 62 million euros.
