What is hyperttraining?

Hyperttraining is a method that allows you to increase the characteristics of the Pokémon. Individual value (IV) to 31. IV is the hidden values of each characteristic that determine the maximum value to which they can grow with each level. Thirty-one is considered the ideal IV, which means that the QUAQUAVAL level of the 50th level with the IV attack 31 will have a higher characteristic of the attack compared to Quaquaval 50th level with IV 15.

Each Pokémon when hatching or capture is assigned a fixed IV. The only way to raise IV after that is hyperttraining.

How to check the IV of my Pokémon in Scarlet & Violet

Since IV is hidden values, they cannot be checked by opening the menu. First you need to finish the game, watch the credits and talk with the nurse Joy after you save Pale. She will provide you with access to the function of a judge who will allow you to check the IV in your box of Pokémon.
