Aurelion Sol Disabled by Riot Games - Unveiling the Reasons Behind the Rework of the Most Anticipated Champion in League of Legends

Aurelio Sol's Rework was one of the most anticipated by the League of Legends community. It must be remembered that there has always been much expectation around the Star Toreador, when he was known internally as Shin, but he never really lived up to fame. Although the champion kit was interesting, it didn't give players the feeling of power they should have when playing as a powerful cosmic entity. This is why Aurelio Sol was reformulated, but this rework was not as well as expected, leading him to be disabled from all modes of LOL temporarily.

A problematic rework of all angles

Less than 24 hours after the release of Aurelio Sol's Rework the problem began. The champion underwent an emergency balancing -the famous hotfix-the end to reduce his power. The champion's victory rate rose to 53% in the hours of its release before falling to about 51%, which is colossal to a new champion, which should not be dominated by players. As its popularity obviously exploded it was impossible to use the excuse that all this success was due to BE players who got used to the champion before. The goal of Hotfix was, therefore, to reduce Aurelio Sol's overall power. But a fatal bug was found in the champion, leading him to be disabled.

THEBAUSFFS

The failure in question was found by Mandarin, a well-known member of the LOL community, and involves the use of skills that are still in recharge. One of the particularities of the new Aurelio Sol is that it can use some of its skills while under the effect of WOO Astral. The problem is that the bug causes the stars forever to be able to use its ultimate launch as long as it is in Col down, as well as e-swing. It is not necessary to explain much more to understand how strong this is, especially considering the impact that both skills have in a match, applying group control and a lot of damage.

Although Riot Games has not confirmed the official reason for the deactivation of Aurelio Sol, this track seems to be the most likely.

When will Aurelio Sol be available again?

By the time this article was written, Aurelio Sol has already been available for choices again. Having a champion with modified skills proving to be very strong or weak is understandable, as despite the goodwill of the BE testers, game sampling is not necessarily sufficient for the data to be reliable. But, on the other hand, these great bugs cause much more problems.
